Mark Robins, Senior Policy Officer for the RSPB in south west England, will be cycling to Copenhagen for the global climate summit.
Mark is cycling with Marcus Grant, Deputy Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Healthy Cities based at the University of the West of England.
Mark and Marcus met at school and went to university together. They have both always been passionate about the environment and now hold key environmental posts in the South West.
At Copenhagen they will be joining colleagues from RSPB, BirdLife and the World Health Organisation for the summit.
On the journey, they will be recording their experiences on this blog.
